Venture deep into the volcanic heart and match high-temperature themed icons such as lava orbs, embers, hot rocks, sparks, ash, and magma droplets. Each icon features a pulsating red glow, set against a background of flowing lava rivers. The gameplay introduces a “Heat Accumulation” mechanic: matching a pair fills one segment of the “Heat Bar” at the bottom of the screen. Once the bar is full (after 10 matches), a “Lava Burst” is triggered, randomly clearing three obstacle tiles (if present) or instantly matching a difficult pair.

Standard “Connect” rules apply: identical icons must be connected by a path with no more than two turns. The path cannot cross other icons or “Fissure Tiles” (which are impassable but can be destroyed by a Lava Burst). Levels begin with a number of Fissure Tiles that gradually expand (adding one fissure every 15 seconds); players must quickly clear surrounding icons to halt their spread.

Additionally, a “Cooling Crystal” power-up is available once per level: using it resets the Heat Bar to zero and freezes all Fissure Tiles for 10 seconds, preventing them from spreading. Every 30 levels features a “Volcanic Eruption” bonus stage, where new icons constantly rise from the bottom of the board; players must clear them rapidly before the board fills up.

Level Design: The 1,880 levels are divided into eighteen chapters (approximately 104 levels each). The first 300 levels use a 6×6 grid with 7 icon types; levels 300–700 use an 8×8 grid with 11 types; levels 700–1,200 use a 10×10 grid with 15 types; and levels 1,200–1,880 use a 12×12 grid with 19 types. The time limit is 100 seconds per level, reduced to 70 seconds in the later stages (beyond level 1,700). In later stages (Level 1700 and beyond), “Magma Waterfalls” appear: new ember icons periodically cascade down each column to the bottom, requiring timely clearing to prevent a buildup. Every 85 levels features a “Molten Core Giant” boss stage; here, filling the heat meter no longer triggers an explosion but instead extends the time limit by 10 seconds, necessitating more careful planning.
